9:30-10.45  Morning Yoga Practice with the YOGA ATELIER team

11:00-15:00  Brunch and/or Ceramic Painting with the Creative You team 

Yoga

Invigorate your body and breath by moving and flowing gently through a deep practice with a YOGA ATELIER teacher. Sunday mornings are for snoozing and for schmoozing. This sweet 75min class is what you want after rolling out of bed and before meeting up with friends and family for brunch. It is a Vinyasa style slow flow with some fun and playful moves. It is your perfect way to let go of what happened during the week/end and to refocus on your Self but still get a sweat out of it. Enough said, come and practice, step onto your mat and move into a smooth Sunday!

Food

Delicious vegetarian recipes to nourish your body, giving you a boost. Using seasonal ingredients. Coffee and Tea are also included.

Creative Painting

After yoga, we will walk over to the ceramics studio Creative You for a fun filled afternoon of creativity. Choose between a beautiful bowl or mug to design and paint at your leisure. Select paints, stencils, lace motifs with the help and guidance of owner Gabi and/or her team. One item valued at 40CHF is included in the workshop ticket but you are welcome to purchase more than one.
